Raymond "Red" Reddington was once a government agent but is now one of the most wanted in the country. For reasons unknown he turns himself in and offers his little black book of terrorist on the condition that he works with new FBI profiler Elizabeth Keen. No one knows Reds plan or connections but there is always a twist or turn and another secret to unfold.
Every week there is someone and something new up Reds sleeve and the chemistry between Red and Elizabeth makes for a great partnership. Not to mention Red isn't the only one with secrets.
