Tuesday Treasures!

Things I'm loving right now...

I love this photo I found on pintrest because sometimes we beat ourselves about things to much and for too long. This is a good reminder of how to handle making a mistake so we don't dwell on them forever. Which I will admit I am guilty of...

Redbook has is all. Fashion. Beauty. Recipes. Tip. Tricks. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to subscribe and they have the best cover stars with the best articles. The design of the magazine is fun and fresh and doesn't try to pack to much information into one issue.

I am always looking for ways to keep my body looking gorg so this article from bembu.com was perfect and informative. I never knew things that we have in our kitchens are easy to use for out health and only a spoonful at that. Try one or try them all!

You know how there are certain dishes you like and don't like at the same time? Or is it just me? Well chilli is one of those dishes for me. I've had it and loved it and had it and hated it. But this recipe from gimmesomeoven.com is worth a try. It only has 5 ingredients and it looks so tasty. And it's almost winter time! MMMMM just thinking about it!

Until next time...

Busch Gardens Baby!

I love a roller coaster and I love some good food so naturally Busch Gardens is the place for me. They are however super expensive so I'm lucky if I get to go once a year. It just so happens that on Desmond and I's anniversary we got the lovely opportunity of being roped into one of those presentations where if you sit and listen to someone for 90 minutes they give you free stuff. Fun right? Only ours was 3 hours and our lovely presenter man was a talkative one. Which I can talk to don't get me wrong but I have mastered the gift of reading people when I just might be talking too much... I don't think he had though. Anywhoo yesterday proved the 3 hours was worth it (don't tell Desmond I said that) And of course my two mains were there to join in the fun!

I always have to snap a shot of Desmond before excitement ensues. He just loves it can't you tell...

Shameless bathroom selfie after our first two rides. Hence the wilder hair. It was already wild when I left the house according to Desmond.

Can't come to Busch Gardens and not ride the Loch Ness Monster.

Alpengeist was pretty awesome! Don't know if that is Desmond's excited face or not...

90 degree drop off the Griffon why yes I'll take it.

Wait in line selfies of course! Moms real feelings to all the coasters we made her get on.

A few Howl O Scream decorations.

Best way to end the day. Popcorn and water. Well I would've perferred a margarita but they cost too much up in there. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Until next time....

Tuesday Treasures!

Things I'm loving right now...

Skinny Pop Popcorn is the perfect snack that you don't have to feel guilty about later. It has just the right amount of flavor to make it tasty without adding all the artificial ingredients. It is whole grain which packs nutrients and fiber. AND it is not too expensive. A large bag at Sams Club is around $5 and it last  a good amount of time. Unless you can't stop eating it like said author of this blog. :/

Saving Money Living Smart is a GREAT blog for all those peeps out there that like a good deal, and y'all know I like me a good deal. The Long Island Coupon Queen is always putting up new savings from Rite-Aid to Walmart and from Amazon to cute little online stores you may have never heard of. My favorite feature is the coupon match ups because I like couponing but it is not easy and she makes sure you get the best deals. Make sure to sign-up through email and start saving today!

I've been trying to eat healthier and have been searching for meal ideas and the such. I came across this nifty chart that helps you pack a balanced and healthy lunch by giving some ideas on what to pack. Head over to Rage Against  the Minivan and print out this delight and start packing some deliciousness today!

MMMMM.... That's what I think of when I think about Love Crunch Granola. I was kindly introduced to this by a friend and have been in love ever since. I was a little skeptical at first but they have a variety of flavors to choose from and they are reasonably priced and really good for you!

P.S. All of these but one  were about food. Sorry not sorry. Ya girl likes to eat!

Until Next Time...
